Starting from 1997, 150 families of the Bedouin community Jahalin Salamaat where forcefully transferred from the Israeli authorities from the surface that was occupied by the Israeli settlement Ma’ale Adumim, which nowadays is a satellite of the Palestinian city of Al Azariye, formally known as Jahali Al Arab village, or Al Jabal.
The Al Jabal community represents an example of the consequent forced displacement done at the disadvantages of the Bedouin community of the C area: in an emergency situation in which the human rights are left behind and the social services are completely lacking.
The rehabilitation project of the primary school of Al Jabal, works firstly by enhancing the general plan composition of the existing urban system.
