The “Enlaceteam was born from a convergence of knowledge and passion for transforming the territory from its community roots. United by the conviction that social architecture is a tool for peace and sustainable development, its members come from disciplines such as architecture, psychology, economics, art and community leadership. This diversity is their greatest strength: a synergy that combines social sensitivity and technical capacity, giving shape to an integral initiative with deep roots in Palomos:
Juan Pablo Pareja leads the coordination from the perspective of social architecture, providing territorial vision and participatory design.
Santiago Esteban Marín, psychologist, guides the psychosocial and human fabric component.
Kelly Yohana Rodríguez, architect of Trópicos Laboratorio, promotes approaches of equity, memory and sensitive design.
Juan Camilo Agudelo, beekeeper and artist, fuses art, ecology and popular education.
Milton Cardona, community leader, strengthens the project through physical well-being.
Yamid Yepes, journalist, contributes to the audiovisual strategy.
Alejandro Présiga, economist, ensures sustainability through community production models.
This team has worked shoulder to shoulder with the community, which has shown strong support: attendance at meetings, contributions in kind and labor. This alliance between technical and local knowledge consolidates the Raggnarok Portal as a process of co-creation with a human, integral and transformative perspective.
As a process of self-financing and community strengthening of the Enlaces Territoriales project, a workshop on bamboo and circular economy is being planned for September, under the symbolic and philosophical theme of the Ragnarok Portal. The objective of this workshop is to generate income for the construction of one of the EcoMall modules, while strengthening the technical and human capacities of the participants.
The workshop will combine theory and practice in guadua design and construction. It includes sessions on cultivation, harvesting and proper cutting, as well as basic anchoring techniques, joints and assembly details. More advanced processes will also be explored, such as the manufacture of guadua mats and cans, with a critical view of the territory and the landscape.
Beyond the technical, it will be a transformative experience, articulating practices of physical activation, meditation, human development and regenerative entrepreneurial thinking, under a perspective of circular economy, autonomy and territorial rebellion. This approach seeks to reconnect with the roots, promote self-sufficiency and consolidate a replicable model of social architecture.
The workshop will be led by bio-construction engineer Juliana Alzate, accompanied by Juan Camilo Agudelo (Shaka), permaculturist and guardian of the territory, and Juan Pablo Pareja, architect and formulator of the Territorial Links project.
