Ana Asensio (born in Almería, 1986) is an architect M.Arch (UGR) trained between Granada, Venice, London and Santiago de Chile thanks to a series of international scholarships, and a Cultural Management Technician (UEMC). Specialized in memory and popular / vernacular architecture (Research Grant, UGR, 2015), and Basic Habitability for Precarious Human Settlements (Postdegree, UPM, 2017), she develops her activity through research, documentary, cultural action and architectural praxis, especially focused on the crossover between popular heritage, contemporary culture, human rights and rural habitat.
