CAPA is a think tank lab based on a collective of Architects, Urbanists, Landscapers, Designers, Artist Permaculture, Biologist, etc. with the aim to generate urban proposals for the area of Baja California Sur peninsula composed mainly within the ring of the route 1 that surrounds Los Cabos and La Paz municipalities.
